Are you a seasoned business development professional with a record of presenting large-scale, high-value solutions to C-suite executives? Are you ready for a role where your earnings reflect the magnitude of the deals you close?

We are seeking a professional territory sales officer, an executive-level business negotiator,  a corporate sales superhero, or any other fancy title you prefer – someone who can engage with top casino executives and help introduce a game-changing, highly profitable passenger transportation program that has been proven to drive significant results for casinos.

The Role: You will work directly with the co-founders and original developers of this innovative program. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the outreach, engage with casino decision-makers (GMs, COOs), and introduce them to the potential of this high-reward program.

  • Compensation at the Highest Level: This is a 100% commission-based 1099 role, but with commissions far beyond industry standards. You can expect to earn upwards of $250,000+ per closed deal, with no ceiling on your earnings. Multiple deal closings are realistic and expected.

We are the only ones who have this product, and there is no competition—no other company or program can offer this to casinos.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A business development professional with extensive experience presenting high-ticket services to C-suite executives.
  • Someone who is driven by results and ready to earn at a high level.
  • A professional territory sales officer with an executive presence who can communicate effectively with CEOs, COOs, and other decision-makers.
  • Motorcoach Charter, Transit, Shuttle Bus Industry, or Casino Industry knowledge and experience is a major plus, but not a requirement.

Job Type: Contract, Independent, Remote, 1099

Pay: Depends on the casino’s size, location, and ownership. Example:

  • Small, single-owner casinos, with a few hundred slots in rural territories, will have a commission starting from $25,000+. 
  • Large, single-owner casinos with over 3,000 – 4,000 slots in high-density areas like Los Angeles, New York, and similar regions – commission starts from $50,000 and can pay over $250,000.
  • Get us a deal with mega casino owners with multiple high-end properties nationwide, and you can earn a commission of over $1,000,000.

Each deal offers different commission rates, and you will know your exact commission before starting your work.
